Baking with my girls is more than just making delicious treats, it's an opportunity to teach them valuable life skills. Baking together allows us to turn those skills into fun games while also demonstrating the importance of leadership and delegation.
Baking is also a great way to demonstrate WHY specific approaches are important or need special attention. Ensuring the vision of what you’re after is clear allows the teams to approach the work and solutions in their way, as long as the measures of success are the focus.

Plus, who doesn't love fresh-baked brownies? Although I'm still working on the delegation of clean-up duty, our time in the kitchen has been a great way to spend quality time and learn new things together.
